Massive trophies

The Ashes may have been derided for having its own first-class seat, but it's unlikely that Sydney airport staff will have a go in asking Andrew Flintoff to let go of the oversized Commonwealth Bank Trophy when the team fly back to London.

England's prize forced the Nutley to recall some of sport's other ridiculously-sized trophies. I know that ice hockey's Stanley Cup is one of the biggest, while motor racing not only has fast cars but bigger trophies, as Brit driver Dan Wheldon shows (below right).
